Youth Weightlifting

Our youth programming gives young athletes an opportunity to learn the Olympic lifts in a safe and effective progression. We welcome ages 9 to 15 in our program, with all levels of experience.

Our youth classes include many levels of athletes, from children who want to participate in a healthy after school activity, to those who are looking to become stronger and more explosive athletes in their respective sports. We also have several youth who enjoy weightlifting as their primary sport and compete on a regular basis.

We encourage children to set goals, and our coaches are dedicated to helping individuals meet those goals. We provide a healthy, positive environment to help our youth grow into strong adults. Parents are welcome to observe the youth training classes, and we hope the parents will join our gym as well!
